June 13, 200818 yr It was only J.Ross though...they never have really fancy arrangements... maybe on Jools Holland that might have happened.... yeh they dont go full out on tv shows, theyve always used playback on things like cd:uk etc...

June 13, 200818 yr They actually do play a little string sound on their keyboards during VLV.In one of the videos from their Paradiso secret gig before the performance chris asks will to play his bell and hit it and it made a loud sound an then he asked johnny to play the keyboard and it made this small string sound.

June 13, 200818 yr You see Coldplay have got the band chemistry right, the timing is right, Chris is an intresting performer. But live, his voice is so flat and he can't seem to hit his high notes he so loves to put in his songs.
