Nobody said you did, I showed how you decided to avoid admitting to supporting Charlton when directly asked "What club do you support?" because you are ashamed. I then included what I knew you were going to say:

Erm people - football if you haven't realised is quite tribal therefore it's actually common for people regardlessof what team you support to sling taunts at clubs. As long as people don't throw abuse in the direction of ghastly incidents like Munich or Hillsborough then it's easy to swipe them away and ignore them.

I have always supported Charlton and always will. Their league position doesn't make any difference to me whatsoever.

I originally brought up that it's a fair point that there's less to talk about, then you used it as an excuse, then I responded to you saying I had already brought that up as a fair excuse, and now I'm doing it again.
