Big game for both sides tonight. Both teams need to prove they are capable of survivng, in Wigan's case, and winning the title, when it comes to City. Victor Moses will be important for Wigan.

El Clasico tonight! Any predictions? :)

2-5 Madrid

I can't stand watching the Barca / Madrid games. The players are embarrassing.

I'm going to Evesham vs Weymouth at the weekend and would rather watch those semi-pro's muck it out then Pepe every time.

Pepe was a cheat!!!, glad Barca won for that reason alone.

And Wenger goes and ruins it by accusing Dyer of diving. While he may be right, he always does this and chose to zoom in on this rather tha highlight his own defensive frailties

It's all the damn blasted time with him, always blaming the ref or the other team, when his team often when they lose make really poor mistakes. We outpassed and outplayed them and not getting the penalty at QPR was made up for if Dyer was not fouled, although his leg might have been clipped.

I wonder what other people will think about this opinion, but I kind of like the farce side of El Classico, to me its theatre. Now I would hate it if I supported either team (Though in the past I do have a fondness for Barca and still do- if only in comparison with Madrid) because that would be embarrassing and trying to respect your own players who dive around or stamp on someones hand, that isnt something I'd like my own team to be doing (And overall Newcastle don't).

But yeah, watching them do it, it's intriguing, El Classico matches are like watching a good film that has everything, and it certainly had good football last night. That's the important thing, as long as it's a tightly fought out match with decent play, I can forgive the rest.

Most people of Barcelona that cheer on barcelona know nothing whatsover about football. They are truly annoying. I have been here 5 years and met only 3 people whom show a reasonable degree of knowledge of the game.

Muppets they all are..

thanks for the reminder! better than Brum v Wolves....

I watched that and it was awful. The second worst game I have ever seen, just behind the first tie! Pepe was terrible though. I saw it on SSN and couldnt believe how pathetic and cruel he was. I wouldnt even expect that off Ronaldo. I dont know why he did that to Messi but it could be jealousy.

Its alright for his players to do it though. "Cough" "Cough" Walcott. Arteta and Song are nasty bastards too. Regardless of any injustices: Swansea 100% deserved to win.

I've known people from Majorca and Basque people and they've had an incredible knowledge of football, especially on the history of Barcelona and practically being able to look at any European team and pick out 1 or 2 players that have in some way been involved in Barca's team or academy or if they were ever linked, which lead to a running joke "Everyones played for Barcelona".

I've also known a few from the city, and you might not be wrong there, but compared to Madrid fans they are geniuses. Have you known many Madrid supporters or just anyone from Madrid?

We are the most fan-friendly team ever I think, so deserve all the good stuff :D. After the Man City game, a friend of mine driving back to Swansea seen a few of the Man City lads in a service station and seeing his shirt, spoke to him and had a few pics.

However, being serious for a few mins regarding football, most of those those Gooners are completely unfriendly and non-compromising bastards, hope they sink to high-hell someday. The mighty, mighty Swans are a team who know how to pass a ball and are a lot more confident every game they play from now than ever before.

I've met a few of the guys, and always take their time meeting fans, Leon Briton let me jump the line when my first pic with him didn't come out well!LOL!!.

I know of 2 Madrid fans, in Barcelona.. these though are a rare kind.. as one is a taxi driver and all he does is listen to Marca.com all day. Which is like our talk sport, but in favour of Madrid.. and the other is from Madrid but lives here in barcelona. poor lads they need thick skins these days, however as for the barca fans...

Countless muppets

I've got a mate from El Escorial who supports Athletico and downloads Marca everytime an issue comes out. He told me they slated Howard Webb although Spain won!.

El Classico last night was brilliant, great game despite Pepe cheating!!.

I didn't really need further convincing but I'm going to ignore your opinion as per usual. Nothing wrong with that video at all which tells me for some reason you just have some random compulsive dislike against Barca for no reason.

They are a bunch of arragont ****s, no place for it.

Not much longer anway 1 or 2 more years they have at the top.

Y'see after saying that you can't really comment on anyone's lack of knowledge of football.
