October 25, 200817 yr Author To be considered ambidextrous, you have to be able to write with both hands. I was thinking it was weird that you're right-handed but comb your hair with your left, but then I realised I'm a left who puts the brush or comb in her right hand.

October 25, 200817 yr Right Handed rebel. My parents are both left handed though. Don't know what that means. But I feel like I should be left handed because I long to be creative and more intelligent. :P
October 27, 200817 yr Author Right Handed rebel. My parents are both left handed though. Don't know what that means. But I feel like I should be left handed because I long to be creative and more intelligent. :P Oooh, freaky! My Mum is left-handed even though both her parents are right handed - she isn't very creative though. I'm a lefty and I'm not creative either - and unlikey to make any discoveries that save mnakind any time soon :laugh3:
October 27, 200817 yr I'm left-handed and my right hand is pretty useless :D When I was in Kindergarten my parents tried to teach me how to fasten shoes. I just didn't get it. Then they asked a left-handed relative to come over... He showed it to me and it worked for the first time! The only thing I can think of that I do like right-handed people is knitting. Learning to cut with a scissor took some time also but now I hold the scissor differently so that I don't just fold the paper but actually cut it :) I really am grateful that my parents always supported my left-handed-ness (is that a word???). My teacher in primary school tried to relearn me and they immediately talked to him after I told my parents. There are so many things in life that are designed for the right hand. Soup ladles come to my mind immediately... The child I baby-sitted turned out to be left-handed as well and her parents were very happy that I could show her some stuff. :laugh3:

October 29, 200817 yr I'm righty but do some things with left, like open bottles or anything else, and I can bat with either hands, I'm not that good but I think I'm better batting on the left hahaa and I wear my watch on the right hand
