So Coldplay love karma hit on Sept., 12th? :wink3:

Well now we know what you were doing during the concert, instead of watching the guys on stage...

I just read your signature Tonsu: poor confetti! :laugh3:

Not love! But it's so nice sometimes to exchange lovely glances with sweet individuals at gigs, even if you never get to speak (and especially if they are really cute :cool:)

Yah, the confetti tasted poor, but I was so happy to finally accidentally eat some after my siggy for more than one year now :P If anyone else ate some good confetti, please let me know, and what colour it is so I can try a different variety at Wembley

I'm glad I have internet now just so I could read your Coldplay 'love story'!

And thanks once again for the shout out to me , why don't you tell them about my falling off a swing in a childs playground today :P.

dare we ask? :inquisitive:

It wasn't anything dodgey, but we were in this adventure playground and you know those long swings you go on and slide to the end and slide back (like a fox flyer type thing) I went on one of those, accidentally lost my balance and got dragged along the floor .

It was extremely dodgy, and he fell off on purpose because he wanted some TLC from Joe :laugh3:

I put some of the butterflies on my wall:

Lovely Greg, glad you had such an amazing time :)

Oh, and if anyone is still worried about Muzzy, Debs has got her a ticket for Wembley, so let's hope she has the night of her life (she deserves it!!)

I want a coldplay poster! Where can I get one? Please don't say on the internet:( oh, and I'm a black haired lady but don't remember locking eyes with anyone LOL ;)

So what was the weather like?

(It was a glorious day down in Larmer Tree Gardens for End of the Road)

Glorious weather in Manchester as well (which is unusual or so I'm told)

Yep, it was a glorious day of sunshine, getting rather chilly by the time Coldplay came on due to the lack of cloud cover, it's all further back in this thread :)

Um, from your local poster shop? And when I say 'locking eyes' perhaps I over-stated things. I'm shy and kept turning away. Maybe 'longing glances and seductive smiles, like a flower flirting with the honey bee' would be a better way to put it??

Or maybe I just had something funny stuck on my face she just couldn't keep her eyes off :laugh3:

Lol I hope you find her it would be the cutest thing I heard:)

There is no local poster shop in Saudi Arabia LOL I hope I find one before I leave the UK next week:(

But now that you tell me he actually CAN look happy and relaxed... I'm really curious and wish I could see this new Guy!!!

Did Manchester transform him? ;)

Hey, we'll happily take the credit :smug: Maybe it was just because the band were back on home soil... or that "end of term" vibe you get when you've only got one week of work left

Does that mean you're planning to try and get down the fornt again? Have you been transformed from a barfly to a mosh pit regular???

What a lovely turn of phrase you have!

Like lippy? :laugh3:

Absolutely not! That is the first and last time I will ever be front row for Coldplay unless it's a seated gig. My mosh pit days were fifteen to twenty years ago :P:cool:

Like lippy? :laugh3:

Yeah, that was probably it :laugh3:

could you not order it online and have it delivered to wherever your staying at whilst your in the uk?

gib : thank you, thank you, thank you...

I don't think so as I'm leaving Newcastle in 2 days then staying in Cambridge for a night then London for 3, and I don't know if mailing things to hotels is allowedvthese days and most sites say something like you will recieve your order within 2 weeks or something unspecific like that:( I shouldn't have left it so late. I might try ordering out to Saudi by FedEx or something.

You should be able to find somewhere that sells posters in London!

Of course you can, Oxford Street is full of poster shops!

yeah I'm definately gonna look!

The thing is I checked out the larger music stores like HMV in Manchester and was surprised they didn't have any. Anyway thanks everyone! :*

Bit late for a review, but better late than never i guess.

This was my first coldplay concert, and it lived up to every one of my expectations! Front row was awesome and I met some nice people :)

I have a couple of pics that i might as well post, but they're a bit blurred in parts:

I got there at 8:30 in the morning, unfortunately i had to leave about 10 to go to the doctor's because i felt so ill :( hadn't been well for a couple of days, and my throat felt like i was choking on a massive tennis ball before they gave me some anti-inflammatory stuff :(. i was so worried i'd get back too late and miss the concert, but some lovely people saved my place in the queue :)

from looking at the photos from the meetup, i now realise that i was queuing right behind you coldplaying gang :). I regret that i didin't go up talk to you, as i wasn't sure whether you were the coldplayers and was too shy to go up and ask. silly me! meet you next time though :)

anyways, i legged it to front row, on guy's side, with the couple i'd queued with. thought jay-z was really good, wasn't a fan of his before but his live performance was awesome!

when coldplay came out, i screamed my head off (which didn't help the throat lol).

they were incredible, fantastic, wonderful etc etc etc.

i loved that they played trouble, and lovers in japan was really good live (the butterflies are now all over my bedroom walls). i also laughed so much at the x factor bit

thank you, coldplay, such an indescribably awesome night :)

does anyone know if there were any pics taken from far away perhaps from those tower thingies or from the stage itself as i would like to see what the crowd looked like

Shame how many people on here descredit/hate it.

He didn't peform Big Pimpin', did he?

No Big Pimpin' unfortunately. Still awesome though, I'd love to go to one of his own shows in the future.

I was on the Jigga What side... Jay-Z said we were the lodest :P

I thought you might have come along to the meet-up, didn't you see Jizo's post a few weeks back?

No I didn't see Jizo's post sorry, I've not really been on the forums much in the last few months.

Aw, really, down the front everyone everyone went mental for him. There were a lot of people around me who seemed to be bigger fans of his than of Coldplay's. And a couple of people who weren't fans were converted. He was awesome... even better than I'd expected

He did!

Yeah most people seemed to love Jay-Z, just a few white guys near me shouting at people who were having fun "Fuck off, you're white" and shouting "Look it's Kanye West/Eminem" when Jay-Z came on. Idiots!
