My thoughts exactly. I was expecting some fluffy pop song and WHAM, it's the darkest Coldplay song I've ever heard. Chilling. Do wish the lyrics were more inventive though.

Im not a big fan of it to be honest. Kylie's voice to me isnt very enjoyable.

i don't think this is one of their finest efforts, at least after two listens. it might grow on me, but i just don't think this is going to be one of my more frequently played coldplay songs. it's too much kylie, not enough coldplay for me, and just generally uninspired.

It took me like 10 listens to really start liking it... Although I definitely feel that there's too much Kylie, I've tried to look past that (which is saying something, for me :P ).

Ya it would have been really nice to have a little more Chris in there but still amazing tune!!

Not sure what to make of it. Glad they're trying something different stylistically, but... meh. Maybe it will grow on me.

 

Chris should sing with girls more often, though. Very complimentary voices- just listen to the end of Rainy Day.
