Well, it's about 1:30 p.m., and though the gates for today's All Points West Music and Arts Festival were supposed to open at noon, the rain has put a hold on things. A few minutes ago, security ushered everyone out of the entrance line and down the path to the Liberty State Park ferry terminal building. The answer is still up in the air as to whether the show will go on today, but for now... we wait. The mood in the terminal is a bit downtrodden, but everyone seems hopeful that they will get to see their favorite bands today. Marisa Loya, 19, made the trek up from Winter Haven, Florida for the 3-day festival, and she says she doesn't mind the rain as long as ticket-holders are let onto the grounds. "Our tickets say 'rain or shine,'" she says before shrugging. "MGMT is the band I came for. I would have stood there all day to see them. They don't play the South very often, so it's big.
