July 16, 201015 yr A Dustland Fairytale by the Killers. I saw them play this song live for the first time after the passing of Brandon's mother (as this song was written about her battle with cancer) and it was so emotionally intense, I think at least half the crowd was in tears. Especially when he covered 'Can't help falling in love with you' at the end of it. I'll never forget that.
July 16, 201015 yr ^Agreed. That and Goodbye, Travel Well. House Fire - Someone Still Loves You Boris yeltsin also makes me emotional.

July 16, 201015 yr I'm surprised I have yet to contribute to this thread. I tend to listen to music when I'm already crying to make me feel better, and most of the time, it works. There have been times, though, when it makes it worse. Also, I have times when I hear a song when I happen to feel depressed, and the combination of the song and what I was feeling already makes me cry. I'm not so sure if I've ever cried because of the song itself. Actually, scratch that. I'm a liar. :P I first heard this song live in concert last February. It was so intricately put together, and it sounded like a choir of angels were singing. It wasn't a huge cry, but a few tears did fall. I'm surprised I could find a recording of this. [ame= ] [/ame]
