Politik I absolutely would not listen, now i cant figure out why i hated it so much since its freaking awesome!.

i HATED the politik start, skip it, few weeks later :shocked2: changed my mind, and its one of my favourite Coldplay songs :D

Me too! They don't even like it themselves, I don't undertand it! It's absloutely stunning and heartbreaking and brilliant and the piano is amazing, his voice is brilliant, the guitar, everything about it is SO GOOD!

I didn't like Lost! because of the rap like melody. (still I dont like it too much but its good) :)

You're thinking of Lost!+ or something like that. Jay-Z butchered that version of it.

I liked Yes, but not Chinese Sleep Chant.

I liked Lovers in Japan, but not Reign of Love.

How weird is that? Especially since they're both awesome.

I also didn't like the second half of 42. Or Death and All His Friends.

Ditto. The Hardest Part has been a favorite of mine since X & Y came out. And its on like, two playlists of mine. I don't know why more people don't like it. =/

FINALLY! some people that agree with me!

^The Hardest Part has always been one of my favorites, but it's at the very very top now that I've listened to the live LRLRL version.

I loved The Hardest Part when I first listened to X&Y. Then it kind of faded. But lately I got back into it again after I read an article where Chris said it was very REM-like. And I was like wow I never thought of that.

Anyways. I prefer the acoustic version, but the original is still great.

I hated the hardest part, until i heard it on leftrightleftrightleft.

I also hated What If, Yes, Amsterdam, A Rush of Blood to the Head, and Gravity.

But, these are probably the songs i listen to the most now. :D

^ :P

I liked it a bit more too after i heard him say that :P @ Kiran

Also Chris said he tried to rip Radiohead off with Spies....hah I loved that song even more than i did b4....and i was pretty obsessed with it b4....so yeah now its total obsession for me :wacky:

Strawberry swing. Not that i'm absolutely in love with it now, but a least i don't skip it anymore and that itself is a huge improvement

Really? I didn't really think of it, but now that you mentioned that, it is kind of in the vein of REM. Still an awesome song. =)

lol, yes! I don't know why some people don't like it, really. It's such a good song and we totally agree with you! =)

High Speed, Amsterdam, and Strawberry Swing. I'm not sure how I came to like the first and the latter, but for Amsterdam, it took me all of one listen to the Live 2003 version to make me love it.

I agree with Chinese Sleep Chant. Than I saw a video live version and I liked it.

Also, after I read the lyrics to it because I had no idea what he was singing. It sounded like a bunch of random, annoying sounds.

Shiver and The Hardest Part

:escaping:

*runs to go get phone*

:shame: but after a couple more listens i found out what they were saying and seeing them play it live they get SO into it.........so i LOVE that song now....AND Berryman's velvety voice behind Chris's is :bomb: :bomb: *ovaries EXPLODE at the thought* :bomb: :bomb:
