^right? I was thinking how much square footage can this house possibly have that there is enough room for 33 non-minuscule rooms?

 

 

It's 4 stories.

Well first off I have been to England and what they call a room in London I call a closet in Texas. :lol: So I would say size wise its more like 20 American sized rooms. 1 kitchen, 1 dinning room, 1 family room, 1 gym, 1 music room, 1 Jonny and Chrissy luv nest room :whip: , 5 bed rooms, 6 bathrooms, 1 entire floor to contain Gwenyth's cloths and shoes. Hell they might have to have the place on the other side as well.

and a small closet for Chris's wardrobe

 

 

Don't you mean about half of one drawer in Gwyneth's closet(s) somewhere? The man's got about 3 shirts and two pairs of pants! :lol:

 

 

Anyway, good for them! Seems like it'll be pretty tasteful, as they're keeping the original facade of the house and everything. :nice:

Anyway I think we have our location for our pre/post Wembley party. Party at Chrissy's house. :dance:

Like others have said, at least he's not tearing both houses down and rebuilding. And when you start to think about it, yes, 33 rooms (if that's even correct) is a lot, but break it down. Foyer, kitchen, breakfast nook, family room, dining room, salon (or living room), music room, multiple bathrooms, gym, probably some massive closets for Gwyneth's wardrobe, and a small closet for Chris's wardrobe, bedrooms, nanny suite, media room, laundry room, playroom for the kids, etc...it adds up.

 

You forgot Chris's chocolate storage room.

I sure hope they put the money into insulation, proper moisture control, top-of-the line air handling equipment, and a lot of solar panels! How would it look if Chris and Gwen went through all the trouble to help out people in Africa's poorest places, and then contribute to global warming??;) Maybe they could compete with Ed Begley's place in sunny Cal-e-forn-I-A?

I thought about that, but then I said to myself, "is London really all that overcast?" Guess I was wrong! Thanks for the clarification. Sounds like energy in the greater British Isles will be coming from wave and tidal power, wind and biomass then?? (or maybe they can put up some solar panels in Spain, and run a wire through the chunnel?:sunny:)..
