Next tour?

Featured Replies

The story is, I was planning on attending the 7/27 Jones Beach concert, and it was cancelled...so I didn't get a chance to see them on the Viva tour  when do you think they'll tour next? Any hints? And will they be in the U.S.A?

2011 I would guess will be the next tour, give the boys some time off etc.

don't they have to do the south america part yet? they use to do it separatelly i don't really know why.

All I know is that is won't be within the next year. Chris said something like "Our Wikipedia page says our album is due out at the end of the year. Which year!?!?"

Maybe in 2012.

I'm kind of hoping it will be in 2012 even though it's so far away... having a Coldplay road trip before I go to college would be awesome.

Coldplay to be one of the bands to open up London 2012?

I really think they will do a Latin tour early 2010 and tack Tampa onto it as well, yeah thats' the ticket.:D

I would put a bet on them appearing at Glastonbury next year!

Me too, there's already rumours they will be there to celebrate its 40th anniversary.

That's what I want to do!:D

I know it would be the best! I need to start saving up now though.:laugh3: But maybe my parents will help me.

^I know right? I need to save up for a car to drive around in first :P without a car my entire plan is ruined haha

You are all making me very sad

I wanna see them again! I only saw them once back in June and have been a fan for years...

:(

I guess 2012, hopefully not their last. Do people go on "greastest hits" tour?

In 2012 I wanna see them atleast 10 times :D

I think it'll be Glastonbury plus a South American mini-tour in the first half of next year, followed by a new album Spring/Summer 2011, and resultant tour (probably their last).

next one will be epic, I now have a car, and I will have my unrestricted license, so I can drive after midnight, so I will probably go to at least 3 shows. Probably Charlotte, Raleigh, and Virginia or Atlanta, and I'll be like 19 so I'll have a lot more freedom.

When would we know if they're playing Glastonbury?

Why is everyone saying their next will be their last:'( No!

Glastonbury 2010 would be epic.

Latin american tour 2010 :whip:

I think they'll release early 2010 the DVD from this tour and play later next year on places that the've missed.

And they also take some studio time.. don't forget the christmas song that they're writing! :nice:

I just got an email today saying the Glastonbury tickets go on Sale October 4th. I registered this year since it's the 40th anniversary, and really want to go! I really think Coldplay could play. At the end of the email it said: MICHAEL EAVIS: "WE'RE TRYING TO GET THE BEST HEADLINERS IN THE WORLD"

I know it would be the best! I need to start saving up now though.:laugh3: But maybe my parents will help me.

It really is the best!

Thats what i got to do!

I just graduated in May and then I got to go to Cali to see them on July 18th as part of my grad present.

Best present ever.

And i will never forget it.

:D
