They have a contract with Noel for streaming the album, like in Germany. It was a right move. He earns money with that and he prevent the leak from Japan.

What a great tune ASGOG is!!!!!! Noel is such a genius!! I really don't know how he does to write so many awesome songs, it's just incredible, I love him!

It's funny cos this year I have two albums of the year both from former Oasis members.

 

Noels album is amazing and Beady Eye's is still better than anything else released this year bar Noels.

Bass line on ASGOG is just EPIC!

In a word, yes.

 

I've never been much of an Oasis fan either, apart from the really early stuff. It's mostly cos I can't stand Liam or his singing voice. But the High Flying Birds stuff is pure Noel; it's like creaming off some of the best bits of Oasis, adding in a dash of maturity and losing all the nonsense and tabloid antics. Personally, I think it's the best thing he's ever put his name to since The Masterplan. :smug:

Noel is completely better than his brother Liam and his band (SO PATHETIC) ... I really love the new song of Noel THE DAY OF YOU AND ME, I can´t wait to listen all of his album :D it´s too bad they´re not together but ... NOEL is sooooo wonderfull :)

Still not giving into temptation - I will wait till Monday to hear it in full. Yes I have pistened to Everybody's On The Run (those vocals!) and Stop The Clocks though which along with the b sides will keep me happy till Monday!

Wait to hear A Simple Game Of Genius, simply one of the best songs he ever wrote!

I never did get into the craziness of Oasis and Liam and Noel, however, The High-Flying Birds take the cake on this one. Upon listening to both, this one is by far the best, addictive songs and it seems like no time has passed!

I'm so glad that so many people love this album, even those that not like Oasis. Even my mom love this album. :lol: She want to come to an eventual concert with me.

 

For me is the album of the year. I can't wait for my copy.
