I HATE THEM. I WISH THEY DIED!

I´ve already posted this on its appropiate thread, but I want you to know that because of the fucking noises that the stadium produces, the Buenos Aires Goverment (like there werent more important problems) decided to close the concerts in River stadium, including Coldplay. I want to kill everyone!

So, there are old-fashioned neighbours that are fucking pissing off at all the people who only want to do is enjoying a good time with Coldplay. FUCK THEM!

they don´t complain about football matches, you don´t know how upset I am. I´m crying. AAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAARRRRGGGGG! FUCK THEM!

As far as I understood it's "on hold" until they measured if the vibrations it causes are too much for the surrounding houses... I wonder how they want to do that.

But the title has a question mark...

Yes, but a fiscal wanted to hear neighbours´ wails just right now, and a judge wanted to work on summer. The problem comes from a few years ago, and Idk why but argentinian bureaucracy started to work for fucking us.

Wow hope this doesn't end up with the how being cancelled :( Sorry for everyone who has tickets... Hopefully it will all be resolved. They shouldn't have let bands book dates there if this was a long standing problem - it's not fair on people buying tickets or the bands who are making arrangements to play there. Is there another stadium of similar size that they could play at if shows are suspended?

what the hell? I've spent way too much money on that trip :bigcry:

You are right! TOTALLY UNFAIR!:veryangry2:

Many are even coming from abroad to go to Buenos Aires concert!

They shouldn't be doing this two weeks before the concert! They should wait until the two missing concerts have come and gone!!

I AM SOOOOOOOOOOOO PISSED OFF!

this cant be true..

its just a rumor... they wont cancell the gig 20 days before it :inquisitive:

Coldplay and Guns N ‘Roses shows may not be done

Coldplay and Guns N ‘Roses perfromances, scheduled for Feb. 26 and March 20 respectively, are endangered by complaints from Nuñez neighbors, where the Monumental Stadium is.

A ruling by the Justice Offenses closed preemptive use of massive concerts in the stadium, because the neighbors do not support the vibrations in the surrounding buildings, nor the chaos in traffic, obviously the noise and dirt that remains after the shows.

This closure occurs in the context of a series of court decisions and regulations of the Buenos Aires Government, which is eyeing several places in the north of the city, where this kind of shows take place, and that includes the Buenos Aires City club and the Gimnasia y Esgrima de Buenos Aires Club (GEBA).

For its part, the attorney for misdemeanors in the area, Mario Galante, amparo issued requesting the closure of River for those concerts because an environmental impact study has not yet submitted, as required by law.

Major WTF!

Aren't these people the biggest assholes? BLOW 'EM UP!:veryangry2:

This is rediculous. How long has this stadium been around? I mean, if the people around there are that concerned about noise, why the f*** would they move next to it. Seriously. It's a stadium... stadiums host events, including concerts. Helllooooooooooo. It's time to bring out the flesh-feasting dogs...

Here in Chile, stadium issues are common, most of the time they do the concerts anyway

Oh come on, these are things you clarify before you put the tickets on sale, not 18 days before the show.

I'm keeping my fingers crossed for everyone who's going. :(

Los organizadores sostienen que si no se pueden hacer en River los shows de Coldplay, del viernes 26, y de Guns N´ Roses, del 20 de marzo, los recitales se realizarán en otro estadio o club porteño

The organizers said that if coldplay and Guns N' Roses can't play their concerts in the River stadium, the concerts will be in another stadium in Buenos Aires

I completely understand how you're feeling but the thread title is so off topic IMO, it has nothing to do with the fact that Coldplay will be there, it's not like the government said "ZOMG COLDPLAY'S COMING!!!!1111!!!! LET'S CLOSE THE STADIUM!!!"

Ok, now this is so fucked up... and I do hope they don't cancel the show and they can find another place for the guys to play in.

Why is everyone so upset? If the vibrations are going to damage peoples' houses surely you don't want that to happen just so you can go to a concert??

Unless it's a matter of people not being able to sleep... all the same... christ how would you feel if there was a fucking stadium next door...

Certainly no reason to fantasize about killing anyone.

I hope this goes on in this stadium... Then Chris can get on the Mic and say to the peeps:

'"LET'S MAKE A FUCK ALOT OF NOISE"

I was sleeping very well when my mum came to my bedroom at 8 am with her face showing like someone had died, and when she told me that new i started to cry because of the gig and because I was so sleepy for a heavy new. So I immediately searched it and I found that. that made me hostile. It´s a lotery that Coldplay comes to this end of the world.
