More performers being added daily - so I'm not giving up hope yet...now the list includes:

Kid Rock, Miley Cyrus, Taylor Swift and Carlos Santana w/Gavin Rossdale will all perform at the 2010 American Music Awards® They join previously announced acts including the Backstreet Boys & New Kids On The Block, Rihanna, Diddy-Dirty Money, Ne-Yo, Justin Bieber, Katy Perry, Ke$ha, Christina Aguilera, Bon Jovi, P!nk and Usher. There will be additional announcements including this year's presenters. The show will broadcast live from the NOKIA Theatre L.A. LIVE on SUNDAY, NOVEMBER 21 (8:00-11:00 p.m., ET) on ABC.

Goodness, with all of those performers, when will they have time to give out any awards?

Funny too, how I've seen several of the performers in concert (or in the case of Usher - I saw him at the taping of American Idol in April)...Bon Jovi, Usher, Miley and Taylor (remember I have an 11 year old daughter :laugh3: ).

Still crossing my fingers...and what am I going to wear??? That's the important question!

its a bit late, weird that they didnt confirmed it...

coldplay not listed yet........

Looks like its not happening :( Damn rumors

Oh well...they just added Black Eyed Peas, Train and Enrique Iglesias w/ Pitbull (who?).

The Hollywood types will be there, should make for good people watching.

I'm just not getting the karma that everyone else is :(

are they still going to perform??? D: it's almost the 20th, and they haven't put them on the official website!! I'm getting scarred. =[

Saw a commercial for this n didn't see coldplay mentioned :(

looks like the media gravytrain got this once wrong for once, I hope I'm proved wrong though. I've been dying to take that question mark away

I doubt it. It'd be a bit pointless them flying out to the AMAs which seem pretty insignificant and low in standard to me anyway (but then again what music award ceremonies aren't these days?!).

It'd be like Stephen Fry serialising his new autobiography in The Sun. Highly inappropriate!

Well, I'm leaving now for the American Music Awards...guess it will make for good people watching, even if Coldplay won't be there. ;)

Have fun Dianne, though I wish you were coming to London I'm sure the AMAs are going to be pretty great!

They're so not there. There hasn't been one mention of them thus far. And it's been an hour. :/

There was no mention of Chris being at the Apple Keynote either;

in-fact, I almost fell off my chair watching it when he came on stage.

But that's not quite the same as a music awards show where they've been mentioning the performers all night. And it's nearly 2 hours into the program. If Coldplay is there, I'll be very suprised.

They're not there. In fact Chris and the lads are round my place snorting lines of cocaine off a strippers back. Join us it's a right laugh!
