If they ask for the start date of my credit card but it is not mentioned on my card what am I supposed to do? There is no possibility to leave a blank value

Mine doesn't have that. I have something that says "Cardholder Since 97", but I'm not sure if that's the same thing. And I'm not sure if all cards even have that anyway.

No they don't, but cards without start dates often have issue numbers instead, was just an idea.
