I thought part of the tickets could be bought by people from Liverpool and Newcastle and another part by anyone, at least seeing what's written on coldplay.com

 

General tickets go on sale at 2pm this Friday (12th November) from http://www.seetickets.com/hidden costing £50.

 

There will be an allocation of general sale tickets available for Coldplay.com users to buy, using the code CP4CRISIS at the point of purchase. This allocation is available to all of Coldplay's online fans, wherever in the world they live (we obviously expect these tickets to sell pretty quickly).

I wonder if there will be any appearing on ebay though, is there some kind of set-up to stop that, i.e with names on tickets or something? :/

War Child required some form of ID that matched the paper ticket to get in. Maybe it is a similar arrangement for these gigs

I have an idea... Maybe the people who are interested in going (and who are able to, of course) could be put on some sort of list and if there's anyone who's able to buy a larger number of tickets (the limit is probably eight or something, it usually is, but then again this is a special event...) could sell them on?

yep i agree.. and i think i'll be quite impossible to go. you will see that only residents and rich people will be able to get tickets.

there are only 200 tickets for Coldplay.com users and I'm not going to be able to go because they are going to sell out very fast :(
