November 25, 201015 yr We've just been given the go ahead to tell you that we were on the video shoot for Christmas Lights. It was fun but we only saw the band from afar! Is it true?? Why Simon pegg sayd that he was with coldplay in the boat ?????
November 25, 201015 yr This is really upsetting to me. There are some people who couldn't have made it onto the boat no matter what, they just live too far or their circumstances are just too difficult. I don't see why richer Europeans should get all the luck :( EDIT: Is that all that happened? There were Americans and Australian as well, their trip was a lot more expensive than European people to be honest :wink: I guess we're gonna find out on December 1 how the video looks like then :D I'm happy for the people we all know, wish I was there but oh well, nothing I could do about it

November 25, 201015 yr haha naw Lore, it was a funny comment and I would have said the same thing, but honestly there are a whole lot of other fans who don't reside in the UK/Europe area! Most of us just can't up and leave. :( It's all about the money D: For example, I'm just a student and just the flight would cost around 2000 dollars, do they think I poop money or what D: (and if we start to talk about salaries here, 2000 dollars it's the 4 or 6 months income for most of the people here)

Didn't see any evidence of Simon pegg, although the main shoot was on the river bank and we were in the middle of the Thames releasing balloons in the air and singing a segment of the new song. It was bloody freezing!
November 25, 201015 yr Well, it is not possible to make a video with ALL the Coldplay fans all around the world... They had to choose somehow and I think this method was quite fair, wasn´t it? I hope they are not allowed to tell the details only until the video is released or something like that... :thinking:

They are a UK band, they're based in London, so I think it's understandable they chose to do this there. I know it sucks, I'm here as well writing from my bedroom and kicking myself for this lost chance. I swear this is the only time in my life when I'm not complaining just because we're gonna get a new song and a video, and people I know were part of this :nice:

YAY NEW COLDPLAY TRACK IN 6 DAYS! :D

This was just a good will, a very nice gesture and still people complain ... Sorry, but I don't get it ... :(
