it's normal to be a bit jealous and disappointed, I don't see the big deal really. The most annoying thing is it seems they don't want to share any info and are not allowing people to do it :/. It's always the same, some of us are disappointed and the fans who have seen them a million times say it's wrong to be like that.

The stuff people on the boat had to sign is just common practice.

So much stuff has lealked from this forum and ended up to be in the papers or online sources.

The best bit was listening to Christmas Lights early, although the version seemed pretty poor quality! It's a lovely little number with some interesting lyrics...

 

We just had a raffle for a signed copy of Mince Spies and now we ate doing a proper Coldplay Karaoke contest :rolleyes:

Do you not think they just want to keep the video details quiet until it's finished? Wouldn't you rather see the final product and then hear peoples stories.

Eh, I just read the last few pages and I'm not gonna hit the panic button. At the very least, it seems we should wait a bit more before...umm...*BAD PUN APPROACHING*...jumping ship.

 

So we have confirmation of the video shoot, and it may not have been quite as fan-involved as we anticipated, but we've still only heard back from a few people so far, and they may greenlight more information leaks a bit later.

 

Still pretty dang cool, as mysterious as the whole event was at the moment.

I think someone tweeted that the band were on the shore and the coldplayers were on the boat? I don't think they met them but they got to sing in the video, which is very cool! Something that will last forever!

 

I'm sure once the video's released they will be able to discuss it. I guess they just don't want details of the video leaking onto the Internet, which is fair enough.

Î'm 1000000000 happy for the people who got to go and with coldplay for doing this, I applaud them. That's out of the question, it's amazing, period.

 

It's my fault I can't go, I live thousands of kilometres away and I have not enough money, I don't expect them to pay for my trip

i don't think it's "unfair" if what these people aren't allowed to tell us about is the video. after all, it's not like we'd know anything about the video otherwise. :P
