Could you really imagine Chris Martin/Coldplay listening to Joe Satriani? The two songs chord progressions are so natural and it's no surprise there are at least 3 songs out there claiming to have been ripped off by Coldplay. And the whole 'gush sympathy on me' act by Satriani saying 'I wrote that song for my wife' was a bit pathetic in all honesty.

Actually, this has less to do with people being sensitive and more about people like me not wanting to see something as fucked up as FUCKING PAINTED NAKED PEOPLE ON BIKES. I mean, you could've at the very least spoilered it and warned us what we were going to click on. Good Lord.

The song is horrible, it's not about if they sampled it or not, it's just bad. The video is so cute, but I seriously can't watch it if I don't press the mute button.

 

Also, if we thought they're trying to attract a younger audience with the new songs the video confirms it, it's so... like a teenager vid :lol: they look good, have colorful stuff, etc. :dazzled:

Final touches on the Skyscraper soundtrack, which I am calling ‘Songs And Music From The Movie Skyscraper’ (as that is the extent to which my imagination will carry me), it will be released in the near future, though an exact date is not set yet (but will be soon). I am super happy with it! I think its (the soundtracks) colours are yellow and orange and grey and possibly a nice leaf-like green. But mostly yellow and orange.

Pretty much. I mean, even if not AS popular, the song was popular right away so if it really was plagiarized he would have wanted to let that be known as soon as possible. But 6 months later? Pffft.
