prjio307 Posted October 6, 2011 Share Posted October 6, 2011 What do you mean, the lyrics as I've posted them are ones I've been tweaking over time and made my final corrections with the letterman concert as the vocals are easier to make out with that performance which was then my second post. I have also checked the lyrics with other concerts and they still seem correct. I'm not only talking about "Us Against the World" but most of the songs they've played in general. The lyrics have slightly changed here and there in different performances. Specifically "Charlie Brown" and "Hurts Like Heaven". I don't think they varied "Us Against the World" much, if at all, throughout its different performances, but the live lyrics may still end up differing from the official studio version's. At least as they have been performing it. I'm not expecting any surprises on the album version outside of it being a bit less stripped down.
