Radiohead

well In Rainbows was guarded really secretly, and they hate leaks, so I have a feeling it won't leak.

hopefully they'll leak it themselves.

Yea that's more of what I was thinking of. I admittedly wasn't a fan of Radiohead when In Rainbows came out.

  • Lol I haven't been here in 5 years but I decided to pop my head back in for some nostalgia. Seems like this was my last post so here's an update... I finally saw Radiohead live in Manchester in 2017 a

I think it's a long shot, too. At least you got a nice, clean live version from I Might Be Wrong.

:stunned: THE I MIGHT BE WRONG VERSION IS PERFECTION

If they don't come to Australia or New Zealand this tour I will actually find the money to see them in america or something

And I'm seeing them with Alexa...

I feel I really take for granted where i live in terms of concerts (NYC)... I don't know how i'd handle not having artists visit.

I really hope they come tour around there for you Eddie

Yeah, I live in Southern California, so I feel the same way. I consider concerts to be a recreational activity. It makes me so happy when people get to see musicians they want to see. My 20s were a mad blur of attending concerts. I'm surprised I didn't get fired from my job. Anyhow, I really hope you get to see Radiohead.

By the way, that's an amazing version of True Love Waits (1st time ever). I had not seen that video before. I say this like a broken record, but I wish Radiohead would sometimes stick to simple songs. I am not saying exclusively, but I just love the raw sound of an acoustic guitar and amazing vocals. In my opinion, it doesn't always have to be complex or boundary pushing; it just has to connect. True Love Waits certainly does for me.

I made a Thome Yorke dedicated mix tape. check it out 'yo. :pimp2:

Naaaaahhh. Thom's mixtape is basically dubstep and some more dubstep and possibly some electronica

i never quite understood why people said radiohead leaked IR themselves. my idea of a leak is when someone hacks onto a computer and steals the album then uploads it onto a torrent or rapidshare or something, or a journo gets a preview copy and does the same thing. radiohead finished the album and just uploaded it onto their website. how is that a leak? i know im being really picky here but i just find it odd how it was described as a leak.

Exactly, its two different things. One is distribution certified by the band, and a leak isn't.

1st version of TLW is beautiful. Probably my favourite.

Also, is anyone of you planning to see them in Europe or something? I think a record released this autumn/winter screams for a spring/summer 2011 tour and I'd like to see them somewhere I haven't been yet. Like France or Spain or Belgium. IF I had an extremely large amount of money in my bank account, I'd deffo go to see them in the US or somewhere that far away.

YES, definitely. Hopefully multiple times but Radiohead have the annoying habit of playing here only once per tour. ><;;

I'd love to see them in Paris or the UK or something. But I'm not going to fly to another continent just for a Radiohead show.

Does Radiohead ever tour South America? :(

I'd love to see them in England, Oxford preferably or London, though I might get annoyed by the "hipster" fancrowd, I reckon. Any experience with that in England?
