November 2, 201114 yr FHGKJSBNKJGNSKJGFNSKLHKJSFBNGKJBFKJSFFHSG edit: erm, this is crazy. Nowhere near as good as i thought it would be... DOOM sounds best with either Madlib or Four Tet beats.
November 2, 201114 yr it looks like they sampled from Jonny's Popcorn Superhet Reciever... and I guess the other drums/synths are from Thom

November 2, 201114 yr Jonny Greenwood - Proven Lands - YouTube[/url] a lot of the soundtrack from that movie came from Popcorn Superhet Receiver.
November 2, 201114 yr Wow, I really don't like that kind of music at alllllllll..I didn't even get 1 minute into it...Hmm maybe it's just me..
November 3, 201114 yr Makes me think Jonny didn't actually have anything to do with it, other than the sample. I love DOOM so fucking much, this is just a disappointment.
November 3, 201114 yr Okay I haven't really listened to DOOM at all before this, so... I actually like the beat, etc., but the way he laid down the verses just sounded incredibly lazy. It didn't jive with the beat. He could have almost doubled the amount of lyrics and just spit it out faster, with more "urgency"/effort, and it would have sounded a lot better. I can envision Esham or someone along those lines doing something pretty dope with this beat, but I don't think that would ever happen. lol Fren = friend
November 3, 201114 yr http://antiradiohead.tumblr.com/ I found this really funny. (It seems like people are already taking it seriously... lol...)
