  • Lol I haven't been here in 5 years but I decided to pop my head back in for some nostalgia. Seems like this was my last post so here's an update... I finally saw Radiohead live in Manchester in 2017 a

Looks more like a supernova

+1

It defo looks like a foetus to me.

I've heard people saying it looks like a foetus. But what's the relevance? Rebirth? Fragility? That all seems a bit rubbish for a band with great artwork.

Looks more like a supernova

This is the smartest thing you have ever said

It's always looked like a footprint or a fish to me.

or it could just be *gasp* a blob of paint

edit: here's a non-roundish supernova from google images

That is still more round than it is fish/fetus-shaped :phu:

Off topic, but how amazing is How to Disappear Completely? I was a nervous wreck about ten minutes ago, played it, and now I feel much better. Thom Yorke has magical powers.

Got tickets for the Strasburg concert!

One of my favorites, but I really don't see it as a 'soothing' song by any stretch of the imagination.

My ultimate favourite. It gives me chills everytime I listen to it, and I listen to it every day. I don't know why but I just love it, from that day when I first heard it in school, to now, it's only getting better and better. Maybe it's those simple and haunting lyrics, maybe it's that melancholic melody... I'd give my left nut to hear it live this summer.

Ooh Marco that's great :D

I wouldn't say it soothed me. More showed me I wasn't alone.

So are they doing anything on their little 2 week-ish break from concerts?

Send them to the soooouth :disappointed:

I'd rather a studio Wake Me (Before They Come) or The Present Tense first

I just want studio SOMETHING I don't really care what :disappointed:

The Butcher was the best thing to come out of TKOL sessions, imo
