I just created this thread because I was posting in another thread which was closed while I was making the post. I didn't make this thread as an attack and if you want to think the post meant something different to what I posted, then it's not my fault.

 

Posting "over and over"? I just replied to the posts, I guess that's normal in a forum, making a reply after someone says something about one of your posts. You acussed me (and Reilly) of attacking the mods, why shouldn't I reply to something like that?

 

And after Nick was back here, again, I was just replying to the posts that involved me. I don't see a big deal on it.

Actually, yes there is hope. Such issues can be discussed in the Coldplaying.com forum, that has and will always be available.

Now possibly it might be worthwhile to create a special area for it since people seem to forget about that particular forum.

To anyone who feels low because they were tricked by this lady (and also to anyone who doubts Nick even a little) I can say that she is the most devious and convincing liar you could EVER imagine.

 

Until getting in contact with Nick I still thought that (whatever problems she had caused me and my family) it was the girl in her early 20s I had talked to for months in late 2008 / early 2009.

 

I had some serious suspicions, but it was only after talking to Nick that I realised the truth.

 

I can promise that what he says is true.

Unless I'm mis-interpreting, do you mean we can discuss this thread there or simply relations between mods and users? But to be honest I didn't think we could discuss either, anywhere on the forum. Seeing as the Lounge is anything goes I don't see why it couldn't really go here anyway.

So do I, still (2 and a half years later). It is like an unbelievably bad dream. I can't even begin to imagine what Nick is going through.

 

I told some mods that I was in contact with at the time, and just about everyone I ever met after that I became good friends with from here (not the full story necessarily but a very strong warning that this person is not to be trusted and is in fact very dangerous).

 

Unfortunately the threats went on for some time. It stopped me from posting a big warning thread on here about her because I was scared of reprisals. It seems because I didn't do it all at once but 'drip-fed' the warnings to different people they didn't get through as they should have done.

 

It's all utterly horrendous and unless it had actually been done to me I could never believe that even the most evil person on this Earth was capable of such a thing...

Thank you my friend. I told some mods (and I thought admins too) about it but not in an 'official' way. I just talked to them as friends, via PM or in person, as I often do. So, I don't blame them, necessarily. I accept that that was probably my mistake - I should have made it official. At the same time I think mods and admins should be proactive.

Personally I think (and the other mods can correct me if they think otherwise) that a general discussion of the relationship/dealings between admin/moderators and members would be okay. I can't guarantee what the end result would be though, as most things are already included in the forum guidelines. I think what happened here was an extreme case, as at least one other person mentioned before. And although I was not a mod at the time, last summer during the, I don't know, "event" was when the guidelines were created and considering all the goings-on before it, I can certainly understand why the section h) that you reference is included.

 

In regard to location, I don't think just putting it in the Lounge would be the best place for it, as not all the members visit the Lounge. If there is to be discussion, the best place would be the Coldplaying.com forum.

Sorry Pete I was meeting with lawyers most the day, making copies of documents and doing some work for gas money. And had a long talk with a minister about this all and going to church tonight. The landlord is back and will meet with me around 8:30 to talk about things.

 

Ok so a local mechanic heard the story and is fixing my car for free and buying the part! I'm working for a church for gas money home. As far as what's going on with the other situation ask me Privately and i can fill you in on more stuff that's happening. Apparently lawyers do have hearts....lol

I forgive her, that doesn't mean punishment won't be pursued. She needs to legally pay for breaking the law and maybe that will teach her.
