Well guys. I know this was from awhile ago but! Don't you remember the interview where they first confirmed Every Teardrop is a Waterfall, Hurts Like Heaven, and Up with the Birds? Chris said he had it down to 15 tracks. I'm really hoping this is still a possibility because all their songs are shorter these days anyway because Brian said their songs were too long so instead of 5 minx15=75 min. 4 min x15= 60 min. I don't think that's unreasonable at all. it's still shorter than what X&Y was. And they said in that one interview with Guy and Will 2/3 weeks ago they only had it down to 85 min. Just saying!

The songs we've already heard that I have on here are really great and I don't doubt they could definitely make it. I like the song titles/ideas of the other songs I put and well. I just think this tracklist flows really well from title to title. :]

I think one or two live songs will be on there, many of the songs will be brand new to us. Also, i think the title will be something we've never expected...

Why does nobody think ETIAW is on the album? It's like you're not even allowed to think it. It's really frustrating because nobody on here is Chris, Jonny, Guy, or Will(as far as I know), and people think they know for a fact that it's not on the album.

ETIAW is for me LiT2 - the lead single of the EP, the only single with a video. Don't believe that they would include the song on the new record in OCTOBER after they melt every dollar out of the song. ;)

We basically know that the album title is hard to spell. I know Chris mentioned that the title would start with an M and have two words but that was a while back. I am sure they have landed on a different option since then.

Nope Oracle said album title has been the same since the beginning of the recording sessions. Mnemonics and Murals will 99.9% be the album title. Hard to spell, two words and starts with M. And there was the facebook page...

Since this is our dream tracklist, I made up a few song names. These are not real by the way.

I'm hoping the title is either Alien Radio or Spray Can Soul. I could live with just MX as well. The reason I put track length was so people could see we could easily get 12 tracks and still be around 42 mins, which is supposedly one of Coldplays "rules". I'm also pretty sure we'll get an EP a la Prospekts March sometime after LP5 is released due to all the material the guys have. Anyways this is my dream, so don't hate on me for putting so much thought into this.

But, as someone else pointed out in another thread, that would mean that there would be an actual song with the title Mnemonics and Murals--if Coldplay's past traits of naming their albums after songs are anything to go by.

 

And honestly, that would be the weirdest song title I've ever heard :thinking:
