Could just be the quality, but when he sings 'world' and 'sleep', it sounds autotuned to me. Not in your face, but there IMO.

 

I'm really liking this though, either way.

 

I listened to this through my AKG K518's and my Audio-Technica ATH M50's and trust me, there's no autotune in this track. If there was, I would be able to hear it.

Not that I think there's any auto tune either, but using different headphones wouldn't help with that. Plus, sony MDR 7506 are the way to go. Used by a lot of people in the recording industry.

Yeah I looked into the MDR 7506's but they're not as comfortable as my ATH M50's. Anyway, back on topic.

You can do two things:

1) Just hear a preview and have a vague idea of the melody but then you'll not be able to stop playing the scarce 30 seconds and try to end the word paradise in your head...

2) Keep your hopeful expectations until Monday morning feels another life and turn the music up and get your records on.

I cannot hear Guy's bass in this at all. I was trying really hard, but maybe I'm missing it??

 

Secondly, I could totally hear Jay Z adding a rap to this for some type of remix.
