Out of all of the songs released from the LP5/Mylo Xyloto era, this one has been the worst so far. Definitely doesn't fit on the album.

When I hear people on the forum say how unimaginative ETIAW is and how easily anyone of them could've written that song, I think of MTM.

 

I also hate how Chris can almost hardly sing the intro...

Princess of China doesn't even sound like a Coldplay song :stunned: I think POC would have been a better choice for a single... that way, people who want to hear Coldplay dabble in synth-pop as "featured artists' could have done so on their own dime, without compromising an otherwise mostly solid album with an experiment.

Same here. Great song, but the boys chose not to include it for a reason. And tbh, I quite likePoC too. So I think I'd go with their decision to pick certain other songs over MTM. Would you much rather DLIBYH was left off, or UWTB? I certainly wouldn't. :shocked2:

MTM is awesome and one of the best songs of this era !

Yes to this post!!! I never got it with Moving To Mars. It's really the one song from this era that does nothing for me. It comes across as almost bland.

And I don't think it would have fit that well on the album, I don't see it. I don't understand the constant hype about people wishing it was on the album.
