I love both bands, but they have to absolutely different voices.

See I never quite got the whole radiohead comparrison, like yeah some songs on showbiz have a hint of radiohead, but then again, what band who were producing the same style of music around that period of time didn't?

 

Anyway....they both sound completely different now :idea2:

I think if you compare some Muse stuff to some of the earlier Radiohead stuff it's hard not to make that comparison. I have to laugh at the suggestion that they sound nothing alike at all.

And i have to remark its my personal opinion and the comparison come from absolution and ofs in most of the cases which is ridiculous taking in consideration radiohead has evolved as a band and experiments way more. as i said before just an opinion ha ...there's the laugh..

Last year when it was the festival time on mtv2 they had like a huge festival month and they showed loads of muse because they were at nearly every festival and i loved it when they played things like old reading festivals, you get to see Chris with blonde hair lol i recorded them all and iv got like 3 tapes lol :lol:

Okay, I totally think Muse RAWKS! But I have to admit that when I initially heard Matthew's voice I thought, "oh crap... this guy is trying to sound like Thom Yorke." Radiohead is one of my favorite groups, so I got a little bitter when I thought he was trying to sound like the-one-and-only Thom!

 

Once I got past that I thought that they totally kicked ass!
