I think Cobalt and Emily are right. If you aren't truly happy as a person on your own two feet getting into a relationship isn't even a good idea to begin with.

There is no guarantee that it would end badly, it's a risk but hardly the first time someone has taken a risk for their own happiness, it's got to be better to try than be constantly unhappy because your single which she often seems to be.

is not a question of confidence, I am just shy and I have my defaults and my qualities. I'm single, I have no boyfriend in my real life, I have a BOYFRIEND in my REAL LIFE ? people in my life said "LORY YOU HAVE NO BOYFRIEND YOU SINGLE AND ALONE AND LOVED BY ANYONE" .

and it's not my fault. if men I see in my real life example in the bar of singles like women beautiful and modern.

even in the bar. owner who makes beautiful decorated cappuccinos for the clients.

puts fashion shows on TV for men in the bars. men they like to watch with a beer in hand.

 

So owner is kind, and I think that's the only one man that makes me a smile.

but makes good smile to all customers is a owner .

but other day I asked him a drink order. He took order of others clients, in the next table and he was again came to ask me because he forgot my drink order. (3 beverages remember is probably not much but stress maybe and people making noise and laughs loudly)

If you're insecure about oneself, don't go looking for someone outside to make yourself feel better, as that just makes the cycle more vicious. No one is depressed merely because they're single, they're depressed because they have been inculcated to see the world through a lens in which to be single is in itself a problem, one that reflects poorly on someone's value.

This is a great post, and one which a lot of people who post on here can learn from, and a lot of people I know can learn from (Not to be sexist, but the fact is, they're all female). I especially like the point about the importance of being secure within yourself before going out and dragging someone else into all your insecurities.
