That's just you, the link works for me

Gotta love my provider :D

I've been thinking. Do many of you guys also think that it's completely ridiculous that Coldplay are only doing one concert in the country where they're from for this album (for now)? I'm sooo annoyed!Fair enough it's up to them what they do but they obviously have a hugeee fanbase and plenty of people who would love to see them not just in this country but al over the world. I can't believe I was willing to go to Paris to see them and booked time off work then didn't get a ticket. I guess it just shows how much they're loved. I know it sounds stupid but the longer I wait to see them the more annoyed I get. If I don't get a Royal Albert Hall ticket I think I'll start to go off them :S Also, the Amazon competition, as cool as it seems, feels a bit silly cos that's 500 pairs of pre-sale tickets, so when tickets do properly go on sale there will be less available and more demand for them! Sorry for all the moaning! x

It sounds like they will release an ep later in the year so I think they will announce a proper tour then. I'm getting ticket stress already & think I don't have a chance In hell as touts will see to that.I have as much chance of getting an amazon code as the boys playing in my local pub!

:laugh3: I know the ticket stress feels. Im on holiday, basically in the woods, when they are released so I doubt the Wifi will be fast enough for me to get any tickets :(

I wish you the best of luck! Has there been any word on like how many seats will be in each area? I know they mentioned having the hall in the round mode so I assume the middle section will be very small/none existent? Been a long time since iv seen a gig at the albert hall

Not read anything yet? A seating plan would be nice.I take it people won't be going in the cheap seats?!

Have a feeling going for the more expensive tickets, the one under box tickets will be a better idea as there will be slightly less demand I would imagine and better than missing out and paying even more for 2nd hand tickets.

I think ill probably try to go for the circle or stalls, but will probably be circle as I think there are more seats there. I think thats where I sat last time and it was okay.

Another thing, has any been to a gig before like this where the bookers name is on the ticket? I know its quite common but does it actually put off ticket touts from buying up tickets or do they get around it somehow?

When is everyone booking their accommodation and train tickets etc..? I'm thinking about doing it before buts a little risky, haven't looked into cancellation fees incase can't get ticket.

that's what im thinking as well... but if they have the best available, i would have thought they would be the first choice right?

I had the luck of beeing in cologne :)

You (and your +1) only get acces with your ID

There's no way around it...the only thing they can sell is the +1

Im considering booking mine soon. Ill be down in Portsmouth with work so it isn't too bad. If worst comes to worst and I cant get tickets I guess I will just have a nice weekend away in the city with the mrs :p

Apparently they are going to be checking ID's as people enter (not sure how that will work tbh!

I'm getting the other half to find a hotel that doesn't require money up front. Not booking train tix until I know I have a ticket.Too much money to waste considering how many tix there are going on sale plus it's not worth trying to get them on the secondary market with the id thing either.

Guys, is it confirmed that they are making people who buy tickets for this gig turn up with ID to get in? Cos i was gonna buy two tickets, but that means if i end up with a spare then i won't be able to sell it on, right? (I'd sell it on here at face value, i am NOT some tout looking to make a profit).

Only YOUR ID will be needed, so you can sell your +1

There will be plenty of people on here willing to buy the ticket, you arrange to meet up on the day etc. I wouldn't worry.

The other half has booked a hotel near the venue, there isn't such thing as a cheap hotel in London is there?! At least I can cancel it without payment though.

Now,to book train ticket or not.Wish I could book my ticket for that and get my money back if I can't get a gig ticket!

Any non UK residents ever had any problems with purchasing tickets from SEE tickets? Ticketmaster.com for US can be buggy for Canadian residents to use.

These intimate shows are great, if shorter than expected. I've already seen the early NYC Beacon Theatre show and will be going to the LA Royce Hall show. Both the USA shows were spur of the moment trips on frequent flier points. My UK trip was planned months ago when I got Monty Python tickets.

I can't imagine what Mila will feel when she sees this ceiling at the Royal Albert Hall (which is next door to the Royal College of Art, where she did her MA).

I'd be extremely pleased with myself if I was her :awesome:

Train booked,so I had better get a ticket! So is the show going to be about an hour? Paying £135(with fees for a top ticket)is a lot for an hour even though it's a "intimate" venue.
