The PM you got does specify your match's username, and vitaamine, sorry about the mix up, I just PMd you :) You may send your card/gift whenever you want, however please consider the international delays, especially around Christmas, so my advice is to send your card as soon as possible, preferably before the end of November, especially if your match lives very far from you.
