The first album is excellent. I fell in love with them as soon as I heard it. The second album is appalling. Whatever they had, they've lost it completely. Badly written, badly performed, terribly mixed. 12:51 is good, so is Reptilia. Everything else is instantly forgettable. Hmm...I think Is This It is definately a better album, though I still think did a good job with Room On Fire. He said that Julian was wasted and barely audible. And all the Metallica bogans are just waiting for them in the middle of The Strokes set.
