Did the plan change and all the shows will have the single runway? I'd say it has to do with the time gaps between shows. Because the U.S. Stadium tour stage it's one of a kind it must take quite a time to build, therefore there's usually a 5 day gap between shows. Since the Latin America shows are usually separated by only 1 day, we get a more "generic" stage, it's similar to the one they used at the South Africa gigs in 2011.
