YUMMY PIZZA!

double chin on display from the other week. my beard has since got to silly status and i don't really suit hairy cheeks so you can't have a more recent one.

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

Made a homemade pizza with some of the veggies from my organic garden. It was quite delicious.

 

 

 

 

Making the dough

 

 

Apparently the cat likes to watch me making food.

 

 

I had some help, my sister-in-law.

 

 

Making the tomato sauce.

it took me ages and then my computer got a virus and deleted everything.

Nick you didn't even tell us how awesome the pizza tasted. Homemade pizza OWNS delivery by about 3 miles statistically.

Reilly-The pizza was the best I've ever tasted. I didn't think it would turn out so perfect. Adding grape tomatoes to the sauce of larger tomatoes gives it a sweeter taste. I think we're gonna cook something again next week if we have more veggies to pick.

I've never seen any non-Italian guy making such a perfect pizza! It looks sooooo good and just the way we Italian would do it!
