Yeah they're pretty cool actually... Definitely not an opening band that makes your waiting feels longer...

February 20, 201214 yr Well, this thread is dead. But that's okay, I love this band! Been listening to them a lot lately....
February 20, 201214 yr Right now I really like Shine On, but Get Born is probally their "strongest" album. But yeah, I think Shine On cause it has a more phsycadelic feel.
March 26, 201214 yr Jet have broken up: Australian rockers Jet, best known for their 2003 anthem "Are You Gonne Be My Girl," have called it quits. In a message posted to the group's website, the quartet announced that its members -- Nic Cester, Mark Wilson, Cameron Muncey and Chris Cester -- are parting ways. "After many successful years of writing, recording and touring we wish to announce our discontinuation as a group," reads the message. "From the many pubs, theatres, stadiums and festivals all across the world it was the fans that made our amazing story possible and we wish to thank them all. Thank you, and goodnight." http://www.billboard.com/news/jet-breaks-up-1006578952.story?utm_source=twitterfeed&utm_medium=twitter#/news/jet-breaks-up-1006578952.story?utm_source=twitterfeed&utm_medium=twitter
