September 20, 200619 yr  awesomeness I need to hear more songs so that I don't feel so bad for missing their concert in LA
September 21, 200619 yr Found "All The Pretty Faces" studio version. Thought I'd share with everyone. http://rapidshare.de/files/33870185/02-the_killers-all_the_pretty_faces.mp3
September 25, 200619 yr o' date=' you are in for some awesomeness[/quote'] can I get some awesomeness as well? I tried your hotmail (rayman467) but it failed. thanks in advance vdewidt at gmail dot com
September 25, 200619 yr Thanks TJames! It's not bad, but I prefer the live versions I have (Glastonbury and the Weenie Roast). There's an edge in those that's missing in the studio version. It's too polished...perhaps that's why it didn't make the album.
September 25, 200619 yr Brandon Flowers: "Thom needs to write pop songs" The Killers' Brandon Flowers - seen this weekend gracing the cover of The Observer Magazine, posing like a gay cowboy - has said that Radiohead's Thom Yorke should ditch his electro-bleepin' songwriting and get back to penning pop songs. Flowers told the aforementioned glossy supplement: “He should feel grateful that's he's (been) given the gift to write pop songs - which he needs to write again!” What Thom has to say about Flowers' current facial hair - patchy and with a limp caterpillar moustache - we don't know, but The Killers' frontman explained his facial furniture thusly: “I've never been able to grow a moustache before!” Fair enough - I can't grow a beard, to be honest. Don't think I haven't tried, either - I stayed in for two weeks solid, rubbing my chin with carpet samples, but all I managed to do was generate static enough to stick my face to the wall for a good six hours at a time. Like a balloon. A red, hairless balloon. The Killers have a record out next week. Perhaps you've read about it already... http://www.drownedinsound.com/articles/1164908
September 25, 200619 yr shouldn't he record some good pop songs first and only after judge and give advices? what an asshole
September 25, 200619 yr shouldn't he record some good pop songs first and only after judge and give advices? what an asshole For once Nik, I agree with you. Brandon is so up his own arse, it gets annoying. The Killers are one of those bands where you listen to the music and forget about the band members are (Like U2)
September 25, 200619 yr Brandon needs to shut the **** up. ...unfortunately, I think he must really enjoy all the attention that ensues by such dumbass remarks. Especially from a fanbase as "rewardingly" hostile as Radiohead's.
September 25, 200619 yr Seriously. He's been doing this for a while now, and you're all surprised that he might make comments about somebody you like? xD
September 25, 200619 yr I think All These Things That I've Done is like a modern Bohemian Rhapsody but better. I love it. I also love the Killers because they hate Fall Out Boy lol. That's something we have in common.
September 25, 200619 yr "posing like a gay cowboy" Oh my. I absolutely hate The Killers so I don't really give a rat's ass about what this joker thinks. If he wants to hear some pop Radiohead songs, he can listen to Pablo Honey. He shouldn't be telling other people what they need. I'm not being a hostile Radiohead fan; I would do this for any band when stupid people say stupid things about them.
September 26, 200619 yr The Killers. They have one album, right?.. One album where you can't find any good song... Seriously, he's allowed to say whatever he wants to, but one laaaame album which you can't even call a pop-album... He'd better spend his time learning some accords.
September 26, 200619 yr I quote myself from MT: "back in high school, we used to call people like him faggots"
September 26, 200619 yr it's obviously just to draw attention to the new album A style they stole from Liam and Noel Gallagher. :laugh3:
September 26, 200619 yr A style they stole from Liam and Noel Gallagher. :laugh3: but they can pull it off!
September 26, 200619 yr It always annoys me how no one EVER commented on the Killers being a one album wonder before the second one was announced, yet people always jump to accuse others of that.

September 27, 200619 yr Dave's review on the album... ...Uncle Johnny is worth keeping, the rest of the album you can bin because it's rubbish. Very disapointing. 1.2/10
