yeh the killers are a million times better live than they are on cd. so its the tour im looking out for

Day & Age should be released on November 24 in UK and 25 in the USA (we will have it three days before yay :dance:)

Are you sure? I thought Ireland and Italy had the same release date as other countries in Europe, on the 21st

 

well better for you, but you're now obliged to write a mini review for us before we get it (..well if the album won't leak before) :D

They do, generally, but my local record shop has a habit of getting the big releases in on the Thursday (or in some cases, the Wednesday) before the U.K. does.

 

About leaks, well, didn't Sam's Town only leak, like, five days before it went on sale?

yea ive seen them too and it was one of the best concerts ive been to. i saw them on the second sam's town tour... sam's town was one HELL of an opener!!

Saw 'em at The Borgata a week after the Coldplay Philly show. Now that was a good week. :wink3:

them and Colplay are my favorite bands EVER...they make about 80% of the songs in my iPod..lol

I don't understand the Sam's Town hate that I hear all the time. Brilliant album in my opinion. Read My Mind ranks up there as a classic Killers track. This River Is Wild is just massive--even moreso live. I really liked their whole concept-album-but-not-really-a-concept-album idea.

 

Also, that said, I think All These Things That I've Done MIGHT just be one of the best songs of all time. It's seriously iconic.

Couldn't agree more, ST is tremendous. And When You Were Young brought the house down last time I saw them.

I was there, too. Unbelievable show even though I got stuck way back up in the nosebleeds. Looking forward to seeing them again--they need to be seen live to get the true Killers experience.

I couldn't be bothered with them at Leeds Festival, so I just went back to my tent after Bloc Party haha

human is sooo cool :D

I actually really like Human, even if it a bit less Hot Fuss-y than i was hoping, but its so much better than the other songs like Spaceman etc. that I've heard on youtube, so far.

dont bad the new song "human" but dont love it, it seems a madonna single.

I don't really like Human on the first listen. The other two songs I've heard on you tube are better. Sounds like a grower for me.
