I like the killers.. but sometimes their songs wear me out........they dont last for a long time. i have to wait for many days b4 i find it catchy again

I am, with the same nickname, but I don't write much..just know rules are more strict than here, since that board is hosted on their label's servers, so there's a no-no policy on posting links to download, talking about the band's private life..and apparently Human video shoot

I dont like Killers, I used to, but I expanded my music taste and had no time for them, Is Human a good song???

I couldn't be bothered with them at Leeds Festival, so I just went back to my tent after Bloc Party haha

 

But Block Party are shit too!

I'm still excited whenever The Killers have new stuff out.

 

The new song "Human" sounds quite promising. I think it's somewhere between Hot Fuss and Sam's Town. Hope the album comes out great!

That's not the real tracklist. First of all there will only be 10 songs and Goodnight, Travel Well is the closing one. Most of the titles have been confirmed but not the order, so there's still hope for Tidal Wave (which btw I would love to hear too, damn Brandon and that time he talked about it) :wink:

It's good. Not great. A bit cheesy. It is a grower though.

 

I still think The Killers have it in them to produce a brilliant album.

 

Hot Fuss started strong (those first five tracks are still amazing), but it fell off towards the end, and was only saved by Believe Me Natalie.

Sam's Town, well, that was a close one. I preferred it to Hot Fuss, still do, but Uncle Jonny and My List aren't all that great. B-side material.

 

Now, Day And Age looks promising. Hopefully they've done a Bloc Party and released the worst song on the album as the lead single (á la Mercury).

 

Glamorous Indie Rock And Roll? We'll see.

 

I do believe that this isn't the popular opinion. Am I gonna get lynched now? :P

 

But seriously, Sam's Town > Hot Fuss. And I don't see why more people agree.

for me Hot Fuss was one of those albums where u get to track 7 or 8 without even realising it. but i do agree it does die out a bit towards the end. thats what separates a great album from a classic

I loved Human ever since my first listen. And prefer Hot Fuss to Sam's Town.

 

Hope this next one will be the best album yet

Just paid much more than I ever should have to get two tickets for the 21st. But I think it's going to be totally worth it. I saw them at MSG about two years ago (way in the back, mind you!) and now I have GA floor tickets at a 2300 person venue. So this is going to be insanely awesome!
