:o great pics! I couldn't take pics when I saw them - I had my camera stolen...I reckon it might have been that guy behind me in the queue :furious2: I will always have that day on my mind *sigh* :cry:

I tried but he was too far, I had people who kept pushing me and the lights they use are not helpful for taking good and steady pics...these two are probably the best I have of him, but in a few days I will have the pics my friend took, so if there are some better and you want me to upload them I'll do =)

 

 

 

I'm still regretting and banging myself for not taking a pic with him when we met him outside their hotel, so stupid, but we didn't expect to find him like that and then he had to go away with the others :dozey:

 

*hugs Melissa* I know how it is when you lose (or somebody steal) your camera, it happened to me not long ago, that's why I always had an eye on my new one, otherwise I would have killed myself

Well we didn't talk that much because they had the taxi waiting for them, just said where we were from, asked him if he remebered what happened on their supposed date in Italy (he did)..of course we told him that we couldn't wait for the concert and he left by saying "See you tomorrow"..so nothing really special, but my mind went blank, I need to practise more :laugh3::laugh3:

Yeah, I've come to respect the killers a lot more over the years. I was kind of turned off by the synthy-dancey-poppy hits like "sombeody told me". I did like mr. brightside, but I didn't really get a sense of professionalism and expertise from their music.

Sam's town, though was a huge difference. I loved "when you were young" when I first heard it, and the piano acoustic rendition on you-tube confirmed that these guys are actually talented musicians in their own right. So yeah, I'm a fan.

them and Colplay are my favorite bands EVER...they make about 80% of the songs in my iPod..lol

Me tooooo...even if I already own all the B-Sides, knowing they will have this song "Tranquilize" with Lou Reed makes me even more excited :nice:

Saw them last night and they were great.

Sawdust, the B-Sides and rarities album, will be released on November 12 in UK and 13 in the USA.

Tranquilize, the song they recorded with Lou Reed, will be on the radios from October 22 :nice:

Ooh it's going to be great. I saw them in concert in April, they were amazing!! Brandon has so much energy, the whole time it was like somebody was electrocuting him :P

since i've opened my last account i'm realising that i like The Killers, more of what i thought :surprised: ... just wanted to let you know that, but i'm still a newbie on The Killers world...

damn I don't know how to write :lol:

Besides the Lou Reed collab (I'm not as excited about that as perhaps I should be... :/ ), also included will be "Leave the Bourbon on the Shelf", perhaps the most rare song in Killers' lore. I'm on a Killers forum elsewhere, and much of the excitement is over that.

 

That said, I'm just happy to see a lot of the songs out for real, and (theoretically) in high quality, as opposed to so many radio rips.
