April 6, 20242 yr Author I have to say regarding the last set of leaks, that I was very happy to see snippets of a new version of Idiot. It was a complete surprise that they've been working on new versions of Rush of Blood. April 7, 20242 yr Okay throwing my hat in here.... I think Earthling has Coldplay's best lyrics SINCE Arabesque. Don't get me wrong I love Coloratura's lyrics and some other random parts on MOTS but the lyrics are honestly gorgeous. It sounds like a lullaby or even a children's book but in a more serious and beautiful way. The "does it ever get easy? Do you die?" is so damn relatable. I was wondering if Earthling got reworked into Angel Song... could anyone from the Seattle meet up confirm or deny?

April 7, 20242 yr This is pure speculation on my part, but it feels like it could be a good musical song to me. I can see the lyrics being part of a storyline, and the final volume is called "Home" which ties in with the lyrics as well. The downside is that it would get released as part of a movie where we watch the Angel Moon puppet singing this song but you know, I'll take it.

I was quite convinced the volcano part was from kaliedoscope. The only other one that I found is noted with 2022 mix, and weirdly morphs from whatever it takes to another. It feels kinda fake, but it's at the exact timestamp mentioned.

The one I found is about 5 mins long, and after it does the volcano bit and drinking every drop it goes back into similar lyrics from before, it doesn't go into "Whatever it takes." I've got it listed under Kaleidoscope / from Ghost Stories but I can't remember if I labelled it that or I found it like that
