It almost ties with the Coldplay concert in incredible-ness. :dance:

 

It was just so good. Wow. Honestly, it was quite possibly the second best night of my life... everything was utterly and completely perfect. It was actually just "pretty good" and not great, until Gobbledigook, which was so very amazing... especially since Jónsi told everyone to start clapping along, which made it incredibly intense and energetic. And then the encore was absolutely perfect; it started pouring rain just as they started playing around with the strobe lights. Just, eeek! It was so good!

Well, i must say that I´m a bit frustrated. My friends and I, we missed their concert in Dresden because the tickets were sold out on the day we wanted to buy them. I would really like to see them playing live, here in Croatia. Even Olafur Arnalds is coming next month... :\

Killer setlist from Friday. I was supposed to go, but the train situation didn't work out and getting stranded in San Francisco didn't sound too thrilling to me the night before Lovefest. :laugh4: And I couldn't find any friends that share my appreciation for Icelandic post-rock. Which is a shame.

 

But I was able to sell my tickets and buy Killers tickets at the Warfield with the proceeds, so it's not a total loss. Hoppipolla would have been incredible though... :(
