:) I wondered if anyone knew why Coldplay doesn't perform "What If" more often at live concerts? It's one of my favourite tracks off the new album, so I've been hoping to see it live a lot, but I never see it on any track lists, it seems they don't perform it live. I heard somewhere that they played it and Martin called it the "best fuc*ing thing i've ever written" so I don't know why they don't perform it more often at live venues. Anyone know the reasoning behind this?

Hey guys, Im going to see Coldplay at Newcastle on the 18th December and last time I saw the guys at V2003, I was so dissapointed when I couldn't find a recorded version of the gig (Stafford not Chelmsford). So anyway this time I don't want to miss out, and I want to record the gig in it's entirety. How would I go about doing this? Anyone out there who have recorded a concert? Il be standing as well and probably singing along, all of this will probably come out on the recording won't it!

When they do this live, at least on the second album tour, they make the end this huge climax. Chris also adds another lyric, but I can't really make out all of the words despite listening to different shows and the official DVD. Does anyone know what he's singing? This is the scoop..after reading Will's letter on the website, the band will be back in the SPRING of 2006..yeah I know...the folks at the venue said you can get your tickets refunded or you can hold onto your tickets and they will be honored for that spring show..so it will be another 8 or 9 months of waiting...do you guys think they will have a new album by then? :sneaky:

Hello everyone. long time reader, first time poster. i drove quite a long way to go to this show with some friends and my little sister who's 10. i had a pit ticket and everyone elses tickets were scattered. there was hardly anyone in the pit so the supervisors let my sister come into the pit with me. it was amazing, and my first coldplay show. i wanted to share with you some of the incredible pictures i was able to take. Attention all...this concert has been postponed due to illness. read more:http://www.tampabayamp.com/main.html i cannot believe this! this is the second time this has happened with coldplay. i don't think i am destined to see this group perform in an open atmosphere. i am very distraught and frustrated right now. first time i drove some 6 + hours to atlanta to see their last tour and what do u know? equipment failure leading to cancellation...but then what happens? an intimate acoustic set that was performed in the parking lot under some canopy that i missed b/c they siad it was cancelled. and now this, what kind of luck do i have. coldplay...i love you, but …

My wife and I are so excited about the show tomorrow night and now I'm a little skittish b/c of the Tampa cancellation ... Anyone heard anything?
