Good lord, do not ever drink with me. My grandfather is the same way, bt he's an alocholic. I know it's bad to drink and computer, but I feel so upset, and I make these horribly personal threads all the time, but you guys are the only ones who are distant enough to not pass harsh judgemtn on me. I love you guys. You listen even when I hardly reply, which isn't personal, it's just that I never know what to say and I feel really really narcissistic or whatever the word is. I feel really selfish. I'm reall ysorry about it. I'm reall yosrry that I'm so selifhs, even to you guys, and I never say thank you when you guys are encouraging or kind to me. I really wish I …

How do you view it? What does it mean to you? Do you see it as a religious festival? Obviously it is a religious festival, but to take part in the festivities you do not have to celebrate from a religious standing. Do you feel it is moving away from its religious roots? Do you think Christmas has changed in recent times compared to when you were younger, both in your own interpretation of the festivals origins, the way in which you celebrate it and the way those around acknowledge and celebrate it? If so do you think this is due to your age or a change in perceptions of the holiday time, be it one of cynicism, greater family or friendly spirit in bleaker times…

I need names for characters in a book. Two male names. One who has lost his mind and is in hiding, the other a stranger who is something of an unknown but appears to be working for the police. The unknown one might not give his proper name so I could do with two names for him. It is set in any time between now and 50 years time (I'm unsure of whether it's just if the world was a little different, or if this is what it has become from the world we have today - it's not radically different). I did have a name for the one in hiding but I've changed my mind since it's my Dad's work colleagues name and I'd feel weird using it, even though it fits well. I'd like the one…

I've been thinking over the last few days about how different people view the things that they experience, both in life and even on this board. Being hungover I probably won't explain this point well but I find the topic interesting. I have noticed on the board different ways in which people react and respond to certain events, certain types of people, or simply the way that they themselves communicate and seem to assimilate the information which they see or create on this board. With many different people here, from many different countries, each with their own set of cultures and traditions there is a lot going on. The vast majority of this board and the posts within…

I'm wondering : How are they doing? They always get the best tickets! Don't tell me they are waiting as we do, and don't tell me the venue is not giving them more tickets than the limit per person ... It's ridiculous! They can sell like 100 tickes/each, while the limit is 4/person... Wait - what? Someone knows? (useless thread, I'm sorry, I was just wondering since I bought mine saturday)

  15. I personally enjoy Absolute Radio. They play Coldplay every night at 1AM here. Hahaha! NOT BBC 6 though, after what they did to Coldplaying members... :| (As general as this thread is, I apologize to anyone who might have already started a thread similar to this one. I always worry what people have posted over the years. I'm not gonna look through all 1000000000000000 threads Coldplaying has. Ok, maybe one less zero on that figure.)

  23. Yo homeskillet dawg biscuits, what's up? I get to have orange pee for like three more days and it's totally awesome. Yeah, I just announced the status of my urethra to all of you crackas. I stopped flushing because orange pee makes me feel like a superhero. I was like, "FUCK Y'ALL MY PEE IS ORANGE!" Just kidding, flushing is my second favorite thing. Bitches don't know 'bout my infection! Man, the pope is getting involved in my favorite TV show and I'm starting to feel like the show's going to get really stupid. I mean, Catholics are cool, but once you involve Catholics, there's no more evil because Catholics are like the Christian military when it comes to …
