spent the whole day outside today for track and field. then at the end of the day on the bus ride home i realized that my arms and shoulders were burnt as well as my legs :stunned: and i BARELY get burnt. i've never gotten burns on my legs actually....but they aren't as bad as my shoulders. they feel like they are on FIRE! :stunned: :( ouchie. i covered my burns in aloe gel already. twice. any other suggestions to help ease the pain and help it heal quick?
