if you say that to someone when you are talking to them on msn (or anything else over internet use) do you think it's rude? :huh: i say that when i think something is funny. i don't necissarily laugh out loud. but she thinks it's kinder when you say "LOL" instead of "lol" :/ she says that when you say "lol" she thinks you mean that you don't care and you're saying "pfft whatever". like you don't care. gah it doesn't make sense to me. now she thinks i don't like her. and she never had a problem with it before...

I know this thread is a couple years late...but Amelie really is a gorgeous movie. I mean the cinematography alone is to die for! The story line is beautiful ...I really cannot describe how much I love this movie! PS Matthieu Kassovitz is amazing in this film!

I just got out of the theater. Saw Mystic River. Anybody else seen it or wanna talk about it? Although there were differing opinions from others as the crowd left the theater, I thought the movie was very good. It's been getting great reviews, and I can see why. THe actors are top knotch and give top knotch performances. That said, I didn't think it was as good as those critics would have your believe. While the acting was very, very good, the movie certainly isn't close to a classic (or even an Oscar nominee, IMO). But I definitely thought the acting was enough to make this a must see.
