I've seen a lot of strange nicknames here... And I'm just curious about their meaning ;)

Is anyone here in any form of sword wielding martial arts? (ie. fencing, kendo, batto-jutsu) I want to start Kendo and I wanted to know what others thought of it. Or what you think of any of the sword styles.

I have a technical question and maybe some of you know the answer. I know you can have a password in the computer and nobody can’t access to it. But I can’t remember what’s the button in the keyboard which open the bios when Windows is opening and you can put that password. I guess I just like takling about the movies I see, so I'll go ahead and post my thoughts on this one too. I saw <u>Intolerable Cruelty</u> (IC) today. It was surprisingly good. When I went to the boxoffice I was debating whether to see this or <u>Veronica Guerin</u>. This one won only because the time was ten minutes sooner and the movie has been out longer. To my surprise the theater was quite full, and there were numerous times throughout the showing that the three hundred or so people there burst into laughter. The movie was very funny. Both Catherine Zeta-Jones and George Clooney played their roles really well, but the true stars of…

I know there's a thread about this sommmmewhere but I thought it deserved a whole new one :cool: I watched Forrest Gump again last night - I'm never going to get sick of it!! for those of you who have not read the book and are planning to, do NOT read this thread! even though it's incredibly hard to explain the ending... :/ but for the people who did, can you give me a few ideas? i'm writing a different ending to the book and can't figure out what to change around without everything seeming logical. it still needs to kind of tie in to the rest of the book. any ideas?

Which show is your fav? Just curious. I grew up watching the simpsons, and they always were my fav tv series. So funny and inteligent humour at the same time. But i think that nowadays south park is funnier than the simpsons.... what do you think?
