is there something about after 50 years the music becomes free for public consumption? or is that a myth?

yeah...it goes to public domain, though i'mnot sure after howlong. i'm sure they'll find a way around it especially for artists that make a lot of money

^ No one makes money on album sales anyways, at least in modern times. And anyone who wants to consume music for free is met with very few barriers as it currently stands.

I might go see a tribute band up in VT :thinking: The Butties.

what a delightful name :dozey:

Just got back :dance: They were great! :cheesy: Gonna see them again tomorrow. They mostly play their older songs, though, so no Come Together :(

I really like early Beatles, too. I listen to Please, Please Me and A Hard Days Night as much as any Beatles album.

I love the early Beatles material as well (it's what I was introduced to first), but I prefer their latter material

I openly admit that the "1" album is one of my favorites to listen to. I know, it's mostly pop music, but that album puts me in such a good mood. I do like the early hits.

I love 1 too. just every single track makes me grin.

PAUL MCCARTNEY TONIGHT!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

:freak::wacko::dance:

there are going to be so many pictures my camera might explode. I've been waiting for this forever.
