ShibbNani
Oh yes. I wouldn't mind being that mermaid....
Jacob
hahahahahaha. The person that played the mermaid was from the movie Minority Report. She played Agatha. anyways Electrical Storm... that video was alright. Not their best video though. My favorite videos are Beautiful Day Stuck In A Moment Walk On and Where The Streets Have No Name. ShibbNani
man, but they should have put "Walk On" on the best of 1990-2000 DVD. I just saw the video a few weeks ago at Hard Rock Cafe.
Jacob
yea. that was a good video. U2 should ahve put it on the DVD. What cd did you like more? Greatest hits 1980-1990, or 1990-2000? I like the first one better.
ShibbNani
I like the second one, simply because of "Stay" :D ....but the b-sides on that suck. :? They should have put the regular versions of the songs on there, instead of all the remixes.
Jacob
yea, the b-sides are all just remixes. But, the new version of Dirty Day is GREAT! and Lady With The Spinning Head is a fabulous song!
ShibbNani
yeah...but I still think that they should have left "If God Will Send His Angels" alone....maybe it's just me.
Jacob
^ the only remix I really liked is Dirty Day (the junk day mix). YES, the B-sides on the first 1980-19990 album were WAY better. Luminous Times is a GREAT song.
ShibbNani
and "Trash, Trampoline, and the Party Girl" isn't some of their more mature stuff...but it's....bouncin'. :D [i'm going to keep using this word untill the whole board starts using it... ]
Jacob
Yea, U2 is really bouncin, I mean like, their music is so good, and Pop is a pretty bouncin album. Their dance music is quite bouncin to say the least!
ShibbNani
yep. And The Edge is quite bouncin', but not as bouncin as Bono.

Jacob
yea. During the tour for the album WAR, Bono would run on stage with a white falg, hahahah, Bono's great!
cailiosa
Have you seen the video from Red Rocks they have from that tour? It's great! ....or rather... bouncin' Bono runs all around the stage...I think he even climbs on things. ANYWAY...it's pretty cool.
Jacob
I haven't seen it. But I watched a biography on U2, and they showed bits of it. Bono is crazy live. hahhahah. Quite bouncin to say the least!
squirlymoo
I have the video for Live at Red Rocks. My mom's raised me as a U2 nerd, so she got it when it first came out. She's also seen them twice (I think it was twice). She's seen Bono climb the scaffolding. The lucky wench. Of course, she was drunk, so I don't know exactly how much of it she *remembers*. Steph, why do I get the distinct feeling that you're now going to be using "bouncin" as often as you use "chunk" and your other words that you've given new meanings? Jacob
hahahah, yea, "bouncin" is starting to catch on. I haven't seen U2 live at Red Rocks, ut I have the Life from Boston DVD. anyways, I got to go now. I've gotta bounce! haha
ShibbNani
Bouncin' is now a part of my vocabulary, thank you very much. It's like..."fuckino", or...uh..."ernanac". *You* know. And Bono should bring back the white flag for rheir next tour.
ShibbNani
 ohhh....I want to go to the Hall of Fame *so* badly..... I love that song.....and the video almost makes sense.... In the beginning, when he pulls the TV out of the water, don't you think it could have stood for the whole ZooTV and Pop era? The next thing he brings out is a suitcase.....like from All That You Can't Leave Behind. Just a thought.
