September 4, 201015 yr ^Should I laugh? Listening to The Suburbs from start to finish. On Sprawl I think (or Sprawl 3 if they're the numbered ones) Track 14.
September 4, 201015 yr ^You obviously don't listen to the music which's played on tv/radio.. This is amazing, I love them [ame= ] [/ame]
September 4, 201015 yr Hey, I'm Eddie and I'm going to bitch about how I don't like the Suburbs every 5 posts.
September 4, 201015 yr Hey, I'm Eddie and I'm going to bitch about how I don't like the Suburbs every 5 posts. It just ain't indie enough :disappointed: /Eddie
September 4, 201015 yr @Eddie: You're not allowed to post in this thread as long as you don't say anything positive about the Suburbs :nice:
September 4, 201015 yr It just ain't indie enough :disappointed: /Eddie No I'm not that much of an idiot @Eddie: You're not allowed to post in this thread as long as you don't say anything positive about the Suburbs :nice: um...I quite like the first half of it :shy:
September 5, 201015 yr This band is brilliant! I first listened to Funeral. I didn't like it at first, but it grew real fast. I haven't listened to Neon Bible :\. But the Suburbs caught my eye and even though there are a lot of people bashing it, not living up to Funeral. But in my mind I think it surpasses it at times!
September 5, 201015 yr finally bought The Suburbs physically lol. not the cover i wanted but oh well Which one did you get?
September 5, 201015 yr I discovered yesterday that "The Suburbs" makes for great travelling music on a charter bus during a marching band trip.
September 6, 201015 yr Which one did you get? same one as you. i thought hey if it's good enough for briggins it's good enough for me :P
September 6, 201015 yr 1080p msg concert dvd download: http://www.demonoid.com/files/details/2372396/38707452/ (if you need an invitacion just tell me, I think I have some) This DVD is taken from the re-posting of the full show on the YouTube channel ArcadeFireVEVO. It was downloaded at the highest possible quality (1920x1080) using KeepVid, and converted to an NTSC 16:9 DVD using TMPEGEnc Authoring Works 4 at 8000 kbps. The bonus materials (the behind the scenes pre-show, commercials for the webcast, and the Twitter interview) were captured and converted in the same fashion. The result looks gorgeous - as good as it gets unless and until an official release is announced. Ready to Start Neighborhood #2 (Laika) No Cars Go Haiti Empty Room The Suburbs Crown of Love Rococo Intervention We Used to Wait Neighborhood #3 (Power Out) Rebellion (Lies) Month of May Keep the Car Running Neighborhood #1 (Tunnels) Sprawl II (Mountains Beyond Mountains) Wake Up there is also a very lovely dvd cover
September 6, 201015 yr same one as you. i thought hey if it's good enough for briggins it's good enough for me :P :laugh3: nice. Perrine, it was the top left one.
September 6, 201015 yr I got the one on the top 3rd from the left... it's really bland... I was hoping to get the one right below what I got
September 6, 201015 yr Darn, I saw the standard cover at Best Buy yesterday. I was tempted to pick it up (I already have the one on the top-right), but I didn't feel like being suckered into buying multiple versions of the same album. I guess I'm just not hardcore enough. :\ On another note, Windowsill was probably my least favorite AF song at one point, but I'm finally starting to enjoy it more. I consider it the weakest point on Neon Bible but I think that's more of a testament to the album's quality.
September 6, 201015 yr :laugh3: nice. Perrine, it was the top left one. Oh okay. Got the bottom right one, wanted the one with the palmtree tho :P
