Listening to The Common Linnets with their 2nd place Eurovision 2014 winning song 'Calm After The Storm'. (I like it very much, they should have been the winner)

Vocals have a Morrissey like quality and the riffs are a mix of Grunge, Weezer and even some hard rock tendencies. I really like it.

7/10 - love the guitar, but the vocals don't work very well imo. Still a nice song, though

 

Nice but I was expecting the song to burst into a bigger climax and it was only repetition for me and the potential of the first seconds was lost for me. For me it's 5/10.

 

 

Weird cover of a Marvin Gaye gong. I know some people will hate this because it is weird and completely different from the original. But I really into weird covers of famous songs LOL.

 

PS : The animation LOL. It's so bad that turns to be good.

Pretty great cover in the instrumental sense. Though I'm not a fan of it vocally as I found the vocals to be a bit weird in my taste. Highlight for me was the elec. guitar. 6/10

It looks like the video above for "Twenty-One Pilots – Heathens" was just taken down... But you're in luck! I just listened to that video a few hours ago. In general I like their songs, and this one has awesome and deep lyrics and a little on the dark side lol. I LOVE IT 10/10.

7/10 - I really like the instrumentation. The ambient guitar and electronic effects really embrace the theme of the song. I'm not a huge fan of the vocals though. Its good in some parts, but it seems like there is a lack of passion in other parts.

I dont listen to Radiohead that much, but I knew it was them from the start [emoji4]. Great track, I can tell its from their more earlier days. 8/10 for me
